9:15am-9:30am: Haddington, Musselburgh, Tranent
9:30am-9:45am: Dunedin, Duns, Galashiels, Hearts, Inverleith, Kelso, Peebles, Swim IT
9:45am-10:00am: All boys

PM session (warm ups 2-4 girls) – subject to change on the day

1:00pm-1:15pm: All boys
1:15pm-1:30pm: Dunedin, Duns, Galashiels, Hearts, Inverleith, Kelso, Peebles, Swim IT
1:30pm-1:45pm: Haddington, Musselburgh, Tranent
