morning session, warm up 9.30am: 8&under/9
afternoon sesson, warm up 1pm: 10 and 11

This event has been organised for inexperienced swimmers who have had little opportunity to gain experience in a competitive environment. There will be a guest swimmer demonstrating each stroke prior to each set of events. ENTRIES CLOSE: 5pm Friday 28th November
